Wild Thing

In my last post I mentioned how Danica bounced from couch to bed and back in the RV after she begged to stay with us for the night. She was indeed a wild thing and I could not help thinking of the book, Where the Wild Things Are. It was one of my favorites when I was teaching third grade. So I went on line found a few illustrations and made two Memory Book pages for her.

I seem to be always behind when it comes to keeping up with their albums. I still have Thanksgiving, Christmas, and a Disneyland trip to do. The truth is I love the challenge and only regret that it takes time away from blogging.

  • That young lady is really growing fast. Don’t blink, Maria, or she will be towering over you tomorrow

    • You understand perfectly. That is why I am trying to spend as much time as possible with booth of them. I spend so much time with the Memory Books because the reality is I am not a young grandmother. I want the twins to remember me when I am gone and I think writing and photos will help them. I do not plan to leave earth soon just a precaution. LOL

As to height, I am barely holding to my five feet one inch. Both twins have always topped the charts when it came to height for their age. I suspect in time, I will be known as Little Nana.
